- No smoking, candles or open flame - No weddings, parties or events - Minimum age for renter 30 years old -No transient guests (guest must be staying at the property) Mobility & Safety Notice: Guests with mobility issues are the responsibility of the booking party. The property includes stairs, & it’s up to the guest to determine suitability. Guests with limited mobility may prefer to stay on the 1st floor. “No Commercial Use”: The property may not be used for any commercial activity, including but not limited to classes, workshops, retreats, events, or other business purposes, without prior written consent of the owner. “No Subletting or Ticketed Access”: Guests may not resell, re-rent, sublet, or otherwise profit from access to the property, including charging admission fees, class fees, or other compensation to third parties. Children Under 2: Children under 2 must be supervised due to stairs & breakable items. The booking guest is responsible for their safety during the stay. -Please do not open windows as they are very old and can break easily. Instead use the AC/ Heat controller on the wall in the dining area to control temperature. -Our maids do not provide daily room service or refresh towels or sheets during your stay. Lost and Found Policy: We are not responsible for lost or items left behind during your stay. If our maid finds valuable items (for example money, gold, jewelries, phones, keys) left behind, they will be kept for 30 days after your visit for your retrieval and then the item(s) will be discarded. Retrieval of items must be coordinated such that pick up is in between guests while our cleaning staff is on site. We do NOT mail items back to guests. Used items such as food and personal care, articles of clothing, cell phone chargers, pillows or other non-valuable personal items will be disposed of during normal cleaning.
